PCOM Inc. was formed on February 17, 2004 out of a need for a high quality, affordable industry specific software solution for small businesses. CarBasePro used car dealer software development began in April of 2003.  The initial project design goals were to create an affordable used car inventory software solution providing support for carlot management, sales, buy here pay here, inventory and record keeping. The program was developed with extensive input, testing and support of car dealers. PCOM works closely with it's used car dealer advisory panel to continue to enhance CarBasePro features.  The CarBasePro framework and engine has been tested with up to eight users accessing in excess of 108,000 records.
